Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within a period of fourteen days without giving
a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party
stated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Käthe Wohlfahrt KG, Herrngasse 1, 91541 Rothenburg ob der Tauber, tel: +49 (0) 9861-40 90,
fax: +49 (0) 9861-40 94 10, e-mail: info@wohlfahrt.com) about your decision to withdraw
from the contract by making a precise statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail, a fax or an e-mail).

You can use the model withdrawal form attached to these instructions. However, using this
form is not mandatory.

Dispatching the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period is sufficient to meet the withdrawal deadline.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall repay all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs if you opted for a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract at the latest. We will use the same means of payment you chose for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not in any case be charged fees in combination with this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we receive the goods or until you provide proof that you returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall return or hand over the goods without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us about your withdrawal from this contract. This period shall be deemed observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

Please return the goods to the following address:
Käthe Wohlfahrt KG, Schaffeldstraße 7, 91616 Neusitz

The costs for the return of the goods shall be borne by us.

You must only provide compensation for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is
caused by a handling of the goods which is not necessary in order to check or test the condition,
properties or functioning of the goods.

Please call us to inform us of your decision to return the goods before you return them.
This guarantees the quickest possible allocation of the products.
